In a word: everything.
Formal survey things: obedience, tracking, agility, flyball, rally, search and rescue, "Air Dog" jumping platforms, Frisbee contests, dog training therapy. What do you know depends on the breed.
Less formally: Hide and Seek:) Chasing sticks on the beach shagging balls during practice, an eyelash, and the usual things, puppies LOL.
I know there are people who think that certain breeds are satisfied, unless hunting weapons. I believe that some of the hanging on the line and the rest is on the dog, as they pretend to use their natural abilities. I highly recommend tracking.
My dog comes from a family where his parents and to keep title race (...) to hunt, but only some of them actively. They are (and graduate-active) Obedience, tracking, agility, and centrifugal. Rally to be convened shortly, and some are certified therapy dogs. (See list below).
