If the games do not have much time and money, you can fly or take the train, but if you do not have much money and much time could lead to all parts of Halifax. Player first indeed in Boston and New York (well, take me to New Jersey and take the train to Manhattan, do not want to go in this town), then you're on your way to Washington! You can also take the bus, which is pretty cheap! Good luck!
Take the ferry to Portland, Maine, then rent a car or by train to Boston, Amtrac in New York and Washington.
