Once an event in my local Humane Society refused to allow anyone with retractable leash. They were given a leash and regularly have their realization. Okay, the decline is not only safe enough. As I'm sure you know, the min pins fast little guys. I like the band with a large handle so that I am getting better. It is not the dog off the leash only the neck.
Now you can not use your PIN minutes, but you can! : D
Just my preference, but I like to use mobile lines, I'm not very coordinated and have trouble controlling my dogs in a stunner.
